Return & Exchange Policy – Angelica Mota Shop
Requirements to request a size exchange:
1. The garment must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, with original tags and packaging.
2. It must show no signs of being worn, washed, or altered in any way.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the item and the shipment of the new size (flat fee of $9).
4. Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts may only be exchanged for a different size — no model changes or store credits allowed.
5. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our online store or by phone.
7. You must request the exchange within 3 days of receiving your item.
8. We do not issue cash refunds. If a size exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, our garments are classified as intimate wear. We will only accept exchanges if all the conditions listed above are met without exception. Angelica Mota Shop reserves the right to reject any item that does not comply with our exchange policy.
