Angelica Mota Shop – Shipping Policy
Shipping Within the U.S.:
• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100. For purchases below that amount, a flat shipping rate will apply, calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Time:
• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking Your Order:
• Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking details so you can follow your package.
Shipping Delays:
• Angelica Mota Shop is not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers after the order has left our facility. We will, however, assist you in contacting the provider when necessary.
Correct Address Required:
• Customers are fully responsible for entering accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. This includes complete address, apartment/unit number, and zip code.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be covered by the customer.
Package Delivery Responsibility:
• If no one is available during delivery, the courier may leave the package at a secure location (mailbox, doorstep, front desk, etc.), depending on their discretion.
• Angelica Mota Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Unclaimed / Refused Packages:
• Packages that are refused or unclaimed by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Changes After Shipping:
• If your order has already been shipped, you must contact the carrier directly (e.g., USPS) to request a change of address. Any additional fees charged by the carrier will be your responsibility.
• Once in transit, we cannot make changes or cancel the order from our end.
